A badge is only valid while its report hash matches this register. Hashes are produced by the open-source harness — anyone can re-run the check against a provider's published manifest.
How do providers get listed?
Certification is free during the draft period. Providers onboard through the operator network (one 15-minute call: services, prices, coverage, credentials), or any implementer can self-certify by publishing a manifest and running the harness, then submitting the report. Early providers get first pick of coverage placement — the register is deliberately small right now, and that is the opportunity.
